Payouts for tuner partners
If you produce files for other dealers on TuneForge, payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. This applies only to partners who operate as tuners — dealers who order files do not need it.

Who can become a partner?
Tuning businesses, garages, mobile tuners and performance shops. Registration is self-service and free — you only pay when you order files.
Can I add my whole team to one account?
Yes. Your organisation can have multiple members, each with a role that controls what they can see and do. Credits and orders are shared across the team.
How does dealer pricing work?
Pricing is transparent and published on the pricing page. You can pay per file or buy credit packs, where larger packs bring the per-file price down.
Is there an API for partners?
API access for partners is on our roadmap. It is not available yet — today you order through the portal.
How do I get support?
Every order has an in-app message thread with the tuner, and you can open support tickets in the portal. Email notifications keep you posted on status.
