Common questions
Should I buy credits or pay per file?
Both get you the same files. Pay per file (from €78 per credit, ex-VAT) when you order occasionally and want no commitment. Buy a credit pack when you order regularly — the per-file rate drops as the pack size grows.
What's the difference between a slave and a master file?
A slave file is encrypted to your tool and is the cheaper option for flashing as-is. A master file is editable, so it costs more per credit. One credit still equals one file in both cases.
Are prices shown including or excluding VAT?
Every price on this page is ex-VAT in euros. Dutch VAT of 21% is added at checkout; the calculator shows both the ex-VAT and incl-VAT totals so there are no surprises.
How do refunds and revisions work?
If a delivered file needs adjustment, you request a revision on the order and the tuner reworks it — that's part of the price, not a new charge. Credits are spent when a file is produced.
