Support and revisions
You'll see status live in the portal and can message the tuner on the order. If a file needs adjusting, request a revision — we keep working on it until it's right.
Common questions
Do I need credits to start?
No. You can pay per file, or buy credits for a lower per-file price. Either way you see the price before you commit.
What file do I upload?
Your original, unmodified ECU read from any major tool. If you're unsure what to send, message us on the order and we'll guide you.
How will I know when it's ready?
Order status updates live in the portal and you'll get an email. You can message the tuner on the order at any point.
What if the file isn't right?
Request a revision on the order. There's no separate ticket to chase — it stays on the same order thread until it's right.
